One of my goals is to do better with family meal planning. Needless to say, it has not turned out the way I had hoped for this week. Monday and Tuesday were great. Wednesday came and I was not prepared. After a hectic work day, I came home and decided that it would be a dine out kind of night.
We headed to Downtown Willoughby, a historic district known for its vast array of dining options. We ended up at one of my favorite places, called Ballantine, an American Gastropub known for its sushi and steaks. To my surprise, Wednesday is $3 Craft Beer & .30 cents wing night...Score! My family loves a good wing night. And we are quite particular about our wings!
